In 2018, we acquired four micro-parcels that together amount to just 0.3 ha in a ravine in Alpartir — a true mini vineyard. This plot, called La Sotera, was planted over 80 years ago by Víctor Tornos’ father, using “ollas” and a sotera — a traditional pointed hoe — to work the soil.


The 2020 harvest was fermented with 100% whole clusters, foot-trodden to respect the vineyard’s identity. The wine was aged in a 456 L used cask, aiming for transparency, precision, and a pure expression of this unique site. This parcel has all the potential to become our new V3 (Grand Cru), though we prefer to let our members be the judges.
Vibrant and deep, with delicate floral and fruity tension, notes of wild herbs, and an earthy background that reflects the character of the ravine. On the palate, it’s precise and elegant, with a structure that promises 5–7 years of cellaring. A singular wine, with the soul of history and place.
