Caos Mágico 2023 comes from a unique co-planted vineyard of Macabeo and Garnacha, located at 800 metres of altitude in the Sierras del Jalón — an extreme environment where the mountain defines the character. Dry farming and the high-altitude conditions give the grapes natural freshness, structure and a distinctive aromatic profile, reflecting the strength and resilience of the terroir.
Fermentation with minimal intervention, allowing the vineyard’s voice to express itself clearly. The wine is aged for 14 months in a neutral cask, which adds texture and elegance without masking the purity of the varieties.
This approach allows Garnacha and Macabeo to intertwine in a natural, balanced and profound dialogue.
On the nose, it reveals white and red fruits, wild flowers and a subtle mineral touch that evokes the altitude of its origin. On the palate, it combines freshness, a creamy texture, delicate tannins and a harmonious balance, unveiling layers of complexity with each sip.
