Very old Garnacha from El Rebollar (Santa Cruz de Grío)

Santa Crux comes from an ancient Garnacha vineyard located in El Rebollar, in Santa Cruz de Grío, within the Sierra de Vicort. This exceptional vineyard sits on a steep north-facing slope, which limits direct sun exposure and allows for slow, balanced ripening, preserving both freshness and acidity.
The winemaking was carried out using carbonic maceration. Ageing took place in Clayver, a high-end ceramic vessel that allows for controlled micro-oxygenation without imparting any wood notes, preserving the wine’s pure fruit and mineral character.
Vibrant aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberry, cherry), delicate flowers and subtle spicy nuances. On the palate, it is precise, tense and floral, with fine tannins, a silky texture and a purity that reflects the vineyard’s uniqueness. A wine of restrained elegance and natural depth, worthy of an Aragonese Grand Cru.
