Viticulture

This wine comes from high-altitude, dry-farmed vineyards where both white and red varieties reach balanced ripeness while maintaining freshness and tension. The altitude conditions give the fruit a taut and delicate fragrance, reminiscent of the fresh cherries that inspired this wine.

Winemaking

This is a rosé made from a blend of white and red varieties with a very short maceration, crafted to offer a pale, elegant and precise wine. Traditional fermentation, minimal intervention and a short ageing period in tank preserve all its freshness. A wine designed to be enjoyed in its youth, though it has a cellaring potential of 2 years.

Tasting notes

Very pale rosé colour. Aromas of fresh cherries, white flowers and gentle herbs. On the palate, it is delicate, fresh and precise, with a light and elegant texture. A wine that surprises with its finesse and depth, setting itself apart from conventional rosés.
