Viticulture

Redimido comes from an old vineyard located at high altitude, in a new area for us with enormous potential still to be developed. The vines had not previously been worked in our style, so this first vintage represents the beginning of a journey — the moment to “start again” with both excitement and nerves.

The vineyard is a field blend dominated by Garnacha, accompanied by white varieties, Provechón and Monastrell, reflecting the diversity and historical richness of the parcel.

Winemaking

The 2023 harvest was vinified with 100% whole clusters in an open vat, aiming to capture the flavour of the site in a direct and transparent way. Ageing took place in large casks with minimal intervention, to preserve the parcel’s identity as much as possible.

This wine is our first interpretation of a special vineyard — an exercise in intuition and exploration that opens a path full of possibilities.

Tasting notes

Fresh, expressive and vibrantly energetic. Juicy red fruit notes, Mediterranean herbs and a floral, earthy background. The palate is direct, with tension and fine structure. A wine that speaks of new beginnings, redemption and a promising future.
