It comes from Moristel vineyards, an indigenous variety from Huesca and Zaragoza, also known as Concejón, Juan Ibáñez, Miguel de Arcos or Miguel del Arco. It is a long-cycle variety, traditionally harvested very ripe and aged with generous use of wood to achieve sweetness and volume.

The grapes were fermented with stems, without destemming, to enhance tension and verticality, and the wine was aged without wood to preserve the purity of the fruit and the sense of place.
The wine was made together with Gonzalo from Bodegas Fábregas, one of those small and authentic wineries around Barbastro that have been working with this variety for decades with passion and respect.
Fresh, juicy and clean. Notes of crisp red fruit, Mediterranean herbs and a delicate floral touch. The palate is direct and precise, with energy and elegance free of artifices. A modern and faithful expression of a historic variety.
