This wine is born from the blend of multiple parcels in Alpartir, some of them of the highest quality, with Garnacha as the backbone and the contribution of other local varieties. The vineyards, planted on different soils and exposures, reflect the diversity of this territory: clay, slate, and limestone soils, old vines, and altitude.
The idea is to express how Alpartir tastes as a whole, without segmenting by parcels or varieties.

Inspired by the English version of Un beso y una flor —“At Time of Leaving”— we decided to create this wine as a tribute to the village.
Mario and I prepared a blend of small proportions from almost all the parcels, each fermented and aged separately, to later assemble a wine that captures the character of the area. The aging was carried out in a traditional way, aiming for freshness and depth.
Aromas of fresh strawberries, violets, and thyme, with a fresh, vibrant, and tense profile. On the palate, it is long and complex yet ethereal and elegant, with an aging potential of 5–7 years. A wine that speaks of Alpartir with authenticity and emotion.
