Viticulture

It comes from a high-altitude vineyard (800 m) planted with a mix of local white varieties. We know it includes Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca, but at least one third of the vines belong to an as-yet unidentified variety. This is a traditional field-blend vineyard, dry-farmed and cultivated with respectful practices, reflecting the historical biodiversity of the area.

Winemaking

2021 was the first vintage for this unique parcel. The grapes were vinified together to preserve their original field blend character, aiming to capture the vineyard’s natural energy without adornment. The wine was aged in a simple and precise way, respecting the freshness and tension provided by the altitude.

Tasting note

Marked notes of Mediterranean scrub and white flowers, with a clean and energetic profile. On the palate, it is tense, vibrant, and precise, with a natural balance that promises 2–4 years of aging potential. A surprising white that reveals the hidden potential of traditional blends.
