This wine does not come from a single plot or a single vintage, but from a collection of traditionally farmed vineyards in different areas of Alpartir. Clay, slate, and limestone soils intertwine to provide diverse profiles: some more generous and rounded, others more tense and mineral. Both red and white varieties are included, each contributing its own distinctive character.
Creating a great wine through the harmony of wines of different ages, blending serenity and energy. We also combined diverse soils and, for the first time, brought together whites and reds aged separately (not co-fermented). The ageing period ranged from 2 to 3 years, refining the whole without erasing its personality.
Aromas of fresh cherries, oregano, dried roses, and an elegant smoky undertone. On the palate, it’s expressive, fluid, and complex, with layers that unfold gradually. A wine that celebrates creative freedom and the beauty of blending without labels.
