Viticulture

Paradavella comes from a vineyard in Ribeira Sacra (Galicia), one of the most magical and rugged regions of heroic viticulture. The vineyard is planted mainly with Mencía, accompanied by Garnacha Tintorera, Merenzao, and a mix of traditional white varieties such as Godello, Treixadura and Palomino.

The vines are cultivated on steep terraces, on granite and slate soils, in an Atlantic environment that imparts freshness and precision.

Winemaking

This wine marks a milestone for The Garage Wine Club: the first formal collaboration with one of the wineries we admire most — Envínate (Lala, José, Roberto and Alfonso).

The first result is Paradavella 2020, made entirely in Ribeira Sacra, respecting the region’s traditional methods and letting the vineyard speak with clarity and emotion.

Tasting notes

A vibrant and transparent wine with the Atlantic freshness of Ribeira Sacra. Aromas of fresh red fruit, wild flowers, aromatic herbs and subtle minerality. On the palate, it is tense, elegant and long, with a purity that reflects both the landscape and the collaboration between Frontonio and Envínate.
