Viticultur

It comes from an old-vine Garnacha vineyard located at over 800 m of altitude in Aragón, dry-farmed and cultivated using traditional practices. The altitude and wild mountain character bring tension, purity and minerality — essential elements for crafting a truly fine sparkling wine.

Winemaking

The grapes travelled to Penedès, where we carried out an ancestral fermentation together: the wine is bottled before the yeasts finish fermenting, so the naturally generated CO₂ remains trapped and becomes integrated into the wine.

The goal: to preserve the precision and minerality of high-altitude grapes while adding a unique freshness through the bubbles. A travelling, rebellious wine — serious at its core, yet free in its form.

Tasting notes

Fine, lively bubbles. Aromas of fresh red fruit, wild herbs and a mineral touch. On the palate, it is tense, dry and refreshing, with an electric, precise character that expresses high-altitude Garnacha in a sparkling key. Long, clean and radiant.
