Botijo Rojo comes from dry-farmed Garnacha vineyards grown in a continental climate with Mediterranean influence. Poor soils and limited water availability concentrate aromas and flavours, resulting in balanced, fresh and expressive grapes. It is a direct and honest interpretation of Aragón’s dry, sun-drenched landscapes.
Traditional fermentation in tanks, with the aim of highlighting the varietal purity of Garnacha. Minimal-intervention winemaking followed by a short ageing period in concrete and stainless-steel tanks, with no oak influence, preserves its freshness and vibrant fruit character. The result is an approachable wine with depth and authenticity.
Bright ruby red. Aromas of wild strawberry, pomegranate and fresh cherry, with notes of dried flowers, wild herbs and a subtle touch of spice. The palate is juicy and vibrant, with fresh fruit, fine tannins and lively tension leading to a clean, energetic and refreshing finish.
