Botijo Blanco comes from dry-farmed Garnacha Blanca vineyards grown in a continental climate with Mediterranean influence. Poor soils and limited water availability concentrate aromas and flavours, resulting in balanced, fresh and expressive grapes.
Traditional fermentation in tanks, with the aim of highlighting the varietal purity of Garnacha Blanca. Minimal-intervention winemaking followed by a short ageing period in concrete and stainless-steel tanks, with no oak, preserves its freshness, texture and fruit character.
Pale, bright yellow. Aromas of fresh lemon, green apple, white flowers and wild herbs, with a subtle stony undertone. The palate is lively and precise, with good tension, a light texture and a long, citrus-driven, refreshing finish.
