From a vineyard in the Valhondo area (Alpartir), where Garnacha Peluda and Macabeo grow side by side. Both varieties are cultivated using traditional methods, preserving the local identity and the natural balance of the vineyard.

Winemaking

Inspired by the local tradition of co-fermenting white and red grapes, we fermented Garnacha Peluda and Macabeo together with 100% whole clusters, foot-tread, to enhance freshness and floral expression. The wine was aged in an old 300 L barrel, aiming for delicacy and transparency. This joint vinification pays tribute to the ancestral practices of Alpartir, where for generations the village wines were made in this way.

Tasting notes

Fluid, delicate, and with marked acidity. Subtle floral and fruity aromas, a precise and fresh palate, and a mixed character that blends the tension of white grapes with the structure of reds. A wine with a hybrid soul — electric and elegant.
