General Conditions
- 1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATIONThe purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate the contractual sales relationship between Bodegas Frontonio S.L. (hereinafter, Bodegas Frontonio) and you (hereinafter, the Client), relating to all transactions carried out in Bodegas Frontonio’s online store.
The contractual sales relationship entails the delivery, in exchange for a specific price publicly displayed on our website, of one or more specific products.
Bodegas Frontonio is a Spanish company, with registered office at Camino de las Bodegas S/N, 50109, Alpartir, Zaragoza, Spain and VAT number B99368508. It is registered in the Commercial Registry of Zaragoza, Volume 3964, Folio 212, Sheet Z-54705.Any incident, complaint or claim regarding a purchase made through the website must be communicated to the following email address: info@bodegasfrontonio.com.
The geographical scope of the product offer available on Bodegas Frontonio’s website is Spain, including the Peninsula, Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- 2. EXCLUSIONSThe sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. During the process, the Client declares and confirms that they are over 18 years of age and, in any case, meet the minimum legal age for the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages in their location. If the Client falsifies this declaration and acquires any of the products offered without meeting this requirement, they assume sole responsibility for any legal consequences that may arise.
- 3. ACCEPTANCE AND PROOF OF ACCEPTANCEThe purchase of products is made through the BUY button that appears in the middle of the screen and implies the full and express acceptance of the General Conditions in force at the time of purchase, with no subsequent modifications applying.
Once these General Conditions have been expressly accepted, Bodegas Frontonio will send the Client, within 24 hours, a confirmation of the order placed, with all its terms, to the email address provided for that purpose.If the Client requires an invoice in their name, it must be indicated at the time of placing the order. The invoice will be sent along with the purchased product(s), as well as in PDF format to the email address provided during the purchase process.
If the Client makes a mistake when submitting their data, they can modify it by sending an email to info@bodegasfrontonio.com.
If the modified data refers to the delivery address and the product has not yet been shipped, the order will be sent to the new address provided.
If it refers to any other data, the Client must wait until the delivery has been made and then initiate the appropriate return procedures, as established in section 5.4 Withdrawal.
- 4. RIGHT OF NON-ACCEPTANCEBodegas Frontonio may cancel any confirmed order or not accept an order for the following reasons: technical and/or typographical error in the prices or other product data on the website; lack of availability; if security systems indicate the order may be fraudulent; if there are reasons to believe the client is underage; if Bodegas Frontonio has not been able to deliver to the address provided; in case of payment error; or in the event of any force majeure beyond Bodegas Frontonio’s control. In such cases, Bodegas Frontonio will fully refund any amounts paid through the same payment method used.
- 5. PRICES, PAYMENT METHOD, DELIVERY AND WITHDRAWAL
5.1) Prices
The applicable prices for each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order, expressed in EUROS, including VAT and any other applicable taxes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include insurance, shipping costs, or any other additional services related to the purchased product.Offers will be duly marked and identified as such, indicating the previous price and the discounted price.
Bodegas Frontonio reserves the right to make any changes deemed appropriate on the website at any time and without prior notice, including updating products and services daily depending on the market.
Shipping costs will be indicated during the order process.
5.2) Payment Method
After confirming the order, the Client must pay the indicated amount.The payment method will be by Credit Card. Payment by card is made directly to the bank through a secure payment gateway.
To allow Bodegas Frontonio to take appropriate action, the Client must notify Bodegas Frontonio as soon as possible of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges via email at info@bodegasfrontonio.com or by calling 876 600 002.
5.3) Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Client when placing the order, within a maximum of 5 business days for deliveries within the Peninsula, and 9 days for the Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, for products in stock. Delivery will be made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the destination.Bodegas Frontonio is not responsible for delays in delivery to islands or abroad due to causes beyond the carrier’s control (airline, shipping, transport delays, loading/unloading, etc.).
5.4) Withdrawal
Bodegas Frontonio guarantees the Client the right to cancel their order at any time, provided the cancellation is made before the order has been handed over to the carrier for shipment, without the need for justification and without penalty.Otherwise, the Client must wait until the order is received to process a return, with a withdrawal period of 14 business days from the date of receipt. The Client must notify Bodegas Frontonio within the stipulated time of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal via email at info@bodegasfrontonio.com.
Returned orders must be delivered along with the delivery note and, where applicable, the invoice issued by Bodegas Frontonio. Return shipping costs will be borne by the Client. Products may only be returned if they have not been tampered with and retain their original seal or packaging.
After verifying the condition of the product, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used by the Client. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but during peak periods may take between 7 and 15 business days.
If a product different from the one ordered is delivered due to a Bodegas Frontonio error, the correct product will be delivered, and the incorrect one collected at no additional cost to the Client.
If a product arrives broken, damaged, or in poor condition, Bodegas Frontonio will collect it from the Client’s address and replace it with a new one, free of charge.

- 6. FORCE MAJEUREIf, due to force majeure, a product is not available after purchase, Bodegas Frontonio will inform the Client by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation does not entitle the Client to cancel the entire order, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal described in 5.4 Withdrawal.
Bodegas Frontonio is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver when caused by force majeure events, such as accidents, strikes, fires, weather conditions, natural disasters (storms, earthquakes, epidemics), transportation issues, or telecommunication failures beyond its control. Once the cause ceases, Bodegas Frontonio will resume business activity and fulfill its obligations and deliveries. - 7. LANGUAGEThe language in which the contract between Bodegas Frontonio and the Client will be executed is Spanish.
- 8. RESPONSIBILITIES OF BODEGAS FRONTONIOBodegas Frontonio guarantees the quality of the service contracted through the website. All rights guaranteed by current consumer legislation are safeguarded. Failure to comply with any of these General Conditions may result in the return of products purchased by the Client.
- 9. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENTThe Client agrees to use the Products lawfully, without contravening current legislation or infringing the rights and interests of third parties. The Client guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided when completing the purchase forms, avoiding harm to Bodegas Frontonio resulting from incorrect information.

PERSONAL DATAOur Data Protection Policy complies with Spanish and European legislation on Personal Data Protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD).
Bodegas Frontonio informs that the data provided by the Client via email, web forms, or during the purchase process will be incorporated into a file for processing with the purpose of maintaining the contractual relationship and, if accepted by the Client during purchase, for sending advertising and product offers that may be of interest in the future. The legal basis for processing this data is the contractual relationship between the parties.Data collection is carried out for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and will not be used for purposes other than those for which it was collected. Data will be stored as long as there is a commercial interest, in accordance with confidentiality principles and appropriate technical and organizational measures, and will not be disclosed to third parties other than Bodegas Frontonio, except where legally permitted without the Client’s prior consent.
The Client may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, restriction of processing, portability, and any other rights under applicable legislation by writing to the data controller at info@bodegasfrontonio.com, attaching a copy of their ID.
- 11. SECURITYThe website uses generally accepted industry information security techniques such as firewalls, access control procedures, and cryptographic mechanisms, all to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve this, the Client agrees that Bodegas Frontonio may collect data for authentication purposes of access controls.
- 12. APPLICABLE CALENDARDeadlines and references to business or working days are made with reference to the National Work Calendar of Spain in general, and Zaragoza in particular.
- 13. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAWIn the event of conflicts regarding the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, when dealing with final consumers, the competent courts will be those of the place of performance of the obligation or the Client’s domicile, in accordance with applicable law.
However, if the Client is domiciled outside Spain, Bodegas Frontonio and the Client expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Zaragoza (Spain).
In the case of a purchase made by a company, both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Zaragoza (Spain).
