Botijo Blanco comes from dry-farmed Garnacha Blanca vineyards, grown under a continental climate with Mediterranean influence. The poor soils and limited water availability concentrate aromas and flavours, resulting in balanced, fresh and expressive grapes.
Traditional fermentation in tanks, aiming to highlight the pure varietal expression of Garnacha Blanca. Winemaking involves minimal intervention and a short ageing period in concrete and stainless steel tanks, with no wood influence, to preserve freshness, texture and the wine’s natural fruit character.
Pale straw yellow colour. Aromas of fresh white fruit, fennel and subtle citrus notes. On the palate, it is fresh, clean and balanced, with good tension and a saline finish that invites another sip. A direct, flavourful and highly gastronomic white wine.
