El Botijo Rojo comes from dry-farmed Garnacha vineyards, grown under a continental climate with Mediterranean influence. The poor soils and limited water availability concentrate aromas and flavours, resulting in balanced, fresh and expressive grapes. It is a direct and honest interpretation of Aragón’s arid and sun-drenched landscapes.
Traditional fermentation in tanks, aiming to highlight the pure varietal expression of Garnacha. Winemaking involves minimal intervention and a short ageing period in concrete and stainless steel tanks, with no wood influence, to preserve freshness and the wine’s natural fruit character. The result is an approachable wine with both depth and authenticity.
Bright red colour. Aromas of crunchy red fruit, such as cherries and raspberries, with hints of dried herbs and gentle spices. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh and balanced, with fine tannins and a clean, vibrant finish.
