Tasting Notes

Vintage: 2021 was the unexpected vintage. Thanks to Filomena, the soils were regenerated, giving silky tannins and complex structures. Fresh, precise whites full of nuance.
Tasting Notes: Bright greenish-yellow. Fennel, roasted lemon peel, white flowers, and a subtle saline touch. Direct, vibrant palate with tension, silky texture, and a long, deep, mineral finish.
